Founder and Managing Director
Lydon is passionate about putting Australians in Australian jobs. He founded ACM to help connect Australian businesses with the skilled workforce they need to thrive. As the Head of Projects, Strategy & Growth, Lydon continues to find ways to offer the highest quality people and service, so you can achieve success in every project, without compromise.
With a strong background in construction and project management, including more than a decade of hands experience managing multiple trades across multiple Australian mining and construction sites, he understands it all. He describes himself as a high-energy leader, successful in building and motivating dynamic teams.
Dan Johnstone
Operations Manager
With over 12 years in HDPE pipelining and construction Dan has done everything from Manufacturing, installation and fabrication to Project management and executive sales.
Dan is recognised as one of the go to guys in the industry and has strong relationships across the construction and mining sector.
Coupled with a talent for troubleshooting he is more than equipped to aid your project with the right skills and technical support to ensure your project is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
Dan is passionate about having the right skill sets put back into the industry, and will go above and beyond to ensure you have the right people to deliver quality projects.
Tanya Hollitt
Contract & Administration Manager
Tanya and her team screen applicants and ensure they have the right qualifications to deliver what you need when you need it.
The ACM team also work tirelessly behind the scenes to manage contracts and mobilisation paperwork sorted, so you can get the people you need as soon as possible to get your job underway.
